Comment: Breakfast: Selection was adequate but hot food not replenished in time. Dinner: Serving fresh veg is appreciated but presentation and cooking time requires improvement. The selection of veg was puzzling – swede, deep fried mushrooms cauliflower & broccoli with Couscous??? More attention to selection of veg to match all mains in needed.

Comment: No advice given for alternative breakfast choices Poached eggs, porridge etc. Tables were cleared routinely

Comment: Room was well presented on arrival but we did not use housekeeping during our visit. The refurbishment is great in the rooms and front of hotel but there are still some maintenance issues e.g. ladies toilet doors in Ibis Suite do not close or lock. This was reported on our visit LAST year!

Comment: The early finish on the Sunday is appreciated

Comment: The refurbishment of the hotel has lifted this break to a new level. We are looking forward to our next visit.
