We know that recent events during and pre covid have made many travellers wary of even the most long established and respected travel companies and so as Carole and I will be further expanding our offering/choice of holidays next year, especially continental options, we have looked for ways to reassure our guests your funds will always be safe with us……
If we know you from previous bookings, many regular guests will already be aware…….
We do not accept deposits for you to book a holiday with us…… Simply book online and our systems will recognise your details and confirm your booking. You may cancel anytime without penalty prior to invoice.
For UK holidays we will invoice on the Wednesday 23 days before the holiday commences – All your funds will be held in a secure client account and are not accessed until after the holiday commences.
For continental holidays you will be invoiced ( less the cost of the flight) 30 days before the holiday commences and your funds will once again be held in a secure client account until 14 days before the holiday, when we are committed to pay the hotel.
Many guests will know of the ABTA and ATOL bonding system operated by these agencies and used as your security by the major tour operators against the collapse/insolvency of their business, so your holiday is secure, and you will be returned safely home.
Carole and I do not have the financial resources to leave a large physical financial bond sitting in a bank account and this is true of many other small specialist and niche holiday operators, so, like them, we have taken out an internationally recognised insurance policy, which gives all our guests that same security as the bonded companies and offers you safe holiday and return home security. All the information is in our T&C’s on the website.
You will see the following, ‘PROTECTED’ logo on our website and all our marketing, and eventually on your final invoice.
This insurance is your financial security for all UK, but particularly Continental Bookings with dancebreaks.com.
Carole and I have carefully and judiciously considered every possible or likely financial scenario that could concern all our dancing friends and guests when booking a holiday. We believe you cannot be offered a better, or a more secure, or superior product.
