We’d like to apologise to guests who have experienced problems trying to make bookings and payments to us within the past fortnight.
The problem was caused by a security upgrade by our web site hosting company with inadvertently blocked communications between two of our databases. They have moved our site to a new, faster server and have removed the blockage.
We believe everything is back to the way it was, only a little bit faster.
